CONSTITUTION:An elevator car 13 is landed at the lowermost resting floor at a designated time, and a solenoid valve 25 in a water receiving tank 21 provided in the car 13 is opened so as to discharge drainage into a water receiving tank 29 in the bottom part 15 of the elevator shaft. Water level in the water receiving tank 29 is detected an operation sensor from which a detection signal is delivered to drive a vacuum pump 35 in order to discharge drainage from the receiving tank 29 into a water sump 39. |
