Similarly, when a minimum mode changeover switch 7a or a maximum mode changeover switch 7b is turned on, the refrigerant heater 2 operates at a minimum or maximum mode corresponding to the gas flow rate regulated by the proportioning valve 4. And, when the minimum or maximum mode changeover switch 7a or 7b remains turned on for a long time period, the normal mode changeover switch 7c is automatically turned on. Therefore, mis-setting can be diminished.
