Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a severe stress on the jumper section of a composite optical fiber overhead ground-wire. CONSTITUTION:A composite optical fiber overhead ground-wire 2 is anchored to a steel tower 1 with anchoring fitting 21A and 21B. The parts of a metallic wire body 24 near its both ends positioned between the fittings 21A and 21B are coupled with the parts of the jumper section 2a of the wire 2 between the fittings 21A and 21B near the fittings 21A and 21B so that the parts of the body 24 can be electrically connected to the parts of the section 2a. The middle section of the body 24 is fixed to the steel tower 1 with a fixture 26 so that the section can be electrically connected to the tower 1. Since the jumper section 2a of the wire 2 is not fixed directly to the tower 1 which is a perfect rigid body, but coupled with the flexible wire body 24 only, no large stress is generated in the section 2a even when the wire 2 makes galloping, stress jumping, or other vibrations in the span between steel towers.
