Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, having high curability even in an atmosphere containing oxygen present therein and useful for forming a cured film having a high surface hardness by adding a phosphorous acid ester compound possessing a group having the photopolymerization initiating ability to a compound having the radical polymerizability. CONSTITUTION:This composition is obtained by adding (B) a phosphorus acid ester compound having the photopolymerization initiating ability, preferably a compound of formula I [ (n) is an integer of 1-3; R is a group having photopolymerization initiating ability (e.g. alpha-hydroxyacetophenone); R1 is an alkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl], especially preferably a compound of formula II, etc., as an essential component to (A) a compound having the radical polymerizability as a principal component and further contains preferably (C) a photoinitiator and (D) a photosensitizer. Furthermore, the amount of the component (B) added is preferably 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (A).
