Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an aqueous removing composition and its usage which substantially has no toxicity at all to human bodies and to environment, is water-soluble, substantially noncombustible, noncorrosive, almost nonvolatile, generally inert and biologically decomposable and its using method. CONSTITUTION: In the aqueous removing composition containing a mixture composed of about 55 to 70wt.% monoethanolamine, about 22.5 to 15wt.% hydroxylamine and water and its using method, at least one kind of anticorrosive selected from a group containing catechol, pyrocatechol, pyrogallol, anthranilic acid, o-hydroxyaniline, 1,2-dihydroxycyclohexane, gallic acid and gallic acid ester is added, if necessary, to the composition at about
