VIBRATION SUPPORT TRANSFER DEVICE OF PACKING BAG IN MEASURING AND PACKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To uniformize bulky tea charmed in a bad and cope with any of various sizes of bags to be placed, by fitting a vibration means on a support base of packing bags in a measuring and packing machine and freely adjust the height of support base in accordance with the size of bags to be placed. CONSTITUTION:When a large bag is used, two cylinders 5, 6 having different strokes from each other, installed between guide rods 4, 4 are connected to each other by mutual piston rods. When the cylinders 5, 6 are actuated respectively, the piston rods of respective cylinders 5, 6 are stretched to the maximum length and the support base 14 of the bad is set at the highest position (a). In this way, since the setting position of the support base of bag can be set at a required level, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the bag opening- holder of the automatic measuring and bagging machine and even only simple operation of switches is enough. Tea is charged into bags from an automatic measuring and bagging machine while vibrating the support base of the bag by means of an eccentric cam. Accordingly, a bulky material can be charged in the most appropriate way.
