description PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing high-strength concrete having high durability and high strength by a simple manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing high-strength concrete comprises the steps of introducing a mixture of iron material 1 and gravel or crushed stone 2 in a form 3, pressing the mixture, then press injecting mortar 5 in gaps existed after the pressing from below the form, curing obtained concrete member, and high-temperature and high-pressure curing it. A pressing pressure is 50-200Mpa, and press injection pressure of the mortar is 5-100atm. Grain size of rough aggregate is 15-20mm. A mixing ratio of the iron material to the gravel or crushed stone is 1:0.1-1:5, and it is preferable to contain steel spheres in cement in the mortar. Particle size of the sphere is 0.08-5mm. The method for manufacturing the concrete preferably comprises the steps of high- temperature and high-humidity curing it at 150-200 deg.C, and then curing it for 2-10 hours. Figure shoes a mortar pump 6 and a hydraulic jack 7 of an apparatus for executing the method.
