When the high pressure fluid is allowed to flow to the adjusting valve 10, the fluid is allowed to flow through a passage 32 penetrating a cage 12. Also in this time, impulsive wave is transmitted in the passage 32. Incident impulsive wave is divided into transmitting impulsive wave and many reflecting impulsive wave groups by a bent part in the labyrinth-type passage, so as to damp the transmitting impulsive wave. Moreover, the transmitting impulsive wave is damped by expansion wave from respective grooves, and it is damped since the reflecting impulsive wave to catch up the damped impulsive wave is weakened by the grooves. Particularly, the grooves provided on the outside wall surface of the bent part of the labyrinth-type passage 32 weakens the reflecting impulsive wave. Thereby, noise can be decreased.
