The second sleeve 15 is formed in a tapered shape in which the outside diameter surface of one end part is inserted in the first sleeve 13 to forcibly spread the first sleeve 13. A grip adjuster 17 is broken by a given load in an axial direction. The collar 19 has a bore surface which is plastically deformed in a state to cut through an uneven peripheral surface part 12c of the pin 12 through reduction of the outside diameter.
