DATA MANAGING DEVICE FOR IMAGE MAGNIFYING PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate data management and to reduce the capacity of a storage device by storing data for processing in the same address area of the storage device before and after magnification processing. CONSTITUTION:The output digital data of a reader 1 are divided into areas by an image processing circuit 2, and the BF data of one bit showing picture elements around an attention picture element are stored in a temporary memory 4. At the time of error dispersion processing at an image processing circuit 5 after the magnification processing, the generated error data of seven bits are added to the same address as the BF data in the temporary memory 4, turned to the data of totally eight bits and read or written at the same access timing. At such a time, the respective data are simultaneously managed by a data managing circuit provided at a magnifying circuit 3. Thus, since the data required for processing before and after the magnification processing can be simultaneously managed, the capacity of the temporary memory can be reduced, and plural pieces of data for management can be managed with one managing circuit.
