Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a linear motion and circular motion guide rails almost free from warpage and twisting regardless of the presence of bolting to a bed by subjecting cemented carbide of WC-Co series or the like to sintering and compacting and subjecting the surface of the sliding part to specular polishing. CONSTITUTION:Cemented carbide of WC-Co series, WC-Co-TiC series or WC-Co- Ni series is subjected to sintering and compacting (or die baking), and then, the sliding surface (or orbit) is subjected to specular polishing to produce a lenear motion guide rail and a circular motion guide rail. Thus, the guide rail in which warpage and twisting are difficult to generate regardless of the presence of bolting to a bed or even if bolting is loosed can be obtd.
