Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-recycle, flexible and tough laminate by bonding a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a foamed body layer of a specific resin composition comprised of an ethylene copolymer and a polyhydric alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A laminate is made by bonding a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a specific foam layer together. The specific foam layer is a copolymer containing ethylene and at least radical polymerizing acid anhydrides as a component monomer, and is comprised of a resin composition consisting of an ethylene copolymer accounting for 1 to 20wt.% of the radical polymerizing acid anhydride group, polyhydric alcohol compound having 3 or more hydroxyl groups, and a reaction accelerator. In the composition, the mole ratio per unit of the hydoxyl group of the polydyric alcohol compound is set at 0.01 to 10 and the content of a reaction accelerator is set at 0.001 to 20 pts.wt. versus 100 pts.wt. for the ethylene copolymer.
