CONSTITUTION:Permendu 12 are provided to the partition walls 11a of a vacuum duct 11 in the penetrating condition, their opposing interval is set small, and by the magnetization of magnets 17 at the outer side of the vacuum duct 11, a strong magnetic field is formed at the opposing part, so as to realize a short wave length and a high output of radiating beams. By making the penetrating parts of the permenders 12 in the airtight condition, the vacuum degree of the duct 11 is maintained. By the operation of a magnet position regulating mechanism 14 held by a holding frame 13, plural magnets 17 between the permenders 12 which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the duct 11 move parallel integrally through magnet holders 16, so as to change the magnetic flux in the duct 11, and the wave length and the output of wiggler radiation beams are regulated.
