Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a lead wire from being disconnected, and surely install a thermistor. CONSTITUTION:A metallic hat body 5 mounted with a thermistor which is elastically in contact with the bottom surface of a cooking utensil 17, and is fixed to a lead wire 15 at its lower surface side, is fitted in the upper end opening section 2 of a cylindrical metal holder 1, a spring receiver 7 provide fixedly at the upper end of a vertical fixing support cylinder 6 is fitted in the metallic holder 1, a coil spring 8 is interposed between the spring receiver 7 and the metallic hat body 5, and a vertical projected ribs 20 are formed in the inner surface of the metallic holder 1. Besides, an engaging section 21 to be engaged with the aforesaid vertical projected ribs is formed in the circumferential surface of the spring receiver 7, and the metallic holder 1 is formed in such a way as to be freely moved only in the vertical direction with no rotation allowed.
