A solidified base is taken out after curing is completed, and plate materials 10 are made by cutting the base at specified width with a diamond saw or the like. A pattern 16 inserted into the plate material 10 is removed and a terminal box 12 is attached to the hole from which the pattern 16 is detached, and a Nichrome wire 14, covered with insulating coating and wound round a reinforcing bar 11, and a plug 12a are connected, and furthermore a temperature sensor 13 is attached. Then, the plate material 10 is attached to a specified position, and the temperature of the plate material 10 is raised with electric current supplied to the Nichrome wire 14 when dew condensation is predicted. Thereby, a building material that is excellent in decorativeness and preventiveness against dew condensation can be obtained. |
