CONSTITUTION:When a user terminal equipment 1 has some fault, the user reports this fault to a maintenance center, the center has an access to the faulty equipment 1 from a maintenance center terminal equipment 3 via an ISDN network 2 and collects the maintenance information. The equipment 3 sends a diagnostic program start command to the equipment 1 via the network 2. Thus the relative information on the equipment 1 are sent to the equipment 3 via the network 2 for the benefit of solution of the fault. The equipment 3 stores collectively the received information in a file. Thus the maintenance center can study the factors of the fault based on a large quantity of accurate information stored collectively and then can surely cope with the user side.
