description PURPOSE:To improve adhesion with other substrates by performing surface treatment so that mirror surface glossiness on at least one surface of glass cloth epoxy sheet is kept in a specific range. CONSTITUTION:Varnish obtained by dissolving curing epoxy resin composition into a solvent is impregnated into a glass cloth and is cured to obtain a glass cloth epoxy sheet. In this case, surface treatment is performed so that the mirror surface glossiness on the surface to be adhered to another board of the glass cloth epoxy sheet is 30% or less and is 1% or more. When the mirror surface glossiness is set to 30% or less, the wetting of the adhesive for adhering other boards is improved. When the mirror glossiness exceeds 30%, no sufficient adhesion force with other substrates such as PVC sheet can be obtained. On the other hand, when the mirror surface glossiness becomes less than 1%, the fiber of the glass cloth is damaged, the adhesion surface between the glass cloth and epoxy is released, thus causing mechanical physical properties to deteriorate and hence improving the adhesion with other substrates.
