description PURPOSE: To provide a tool to take a highly contaminated inside filter out of a control rod driving part by engaging an engaging means with a flange projected inward in the radius direction by fastening the engaging means at the time when a pushing means is brought into contact with a cylindrical part and a second cam means moves backward relative to the pushing means. CONSTITUTION: A tool to pull out an inside filter 41 has a collect 122 having a flexible finger to be inserted into the inside of the inside filter 41 during the time when the tool is sagged inward in the radius direction. After the collet 122 is inserted, a cam 120 movable backward and having a conical supporting face is moved backward to a position where the collet 122 is fastened to the inside filter 41 by pushing the finger of the collet 122 outward in the radius direction. The locked inside filter 41 has to be rotated before being taken out. While the inside filter 41 being joined to the collet 122, the tool is pulled out and the inside filter 122 is taken out of a control rod driving part.
