LEVER ACTING POSITION SWITCHING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To make improvements in productivity through inexpensive facilities without changing these facilities so largely. CONSTITUTION:This is a lever mechanism being featured that an acting point P1 is installed at the side of a free end of a lever 20 to be rotated at one end side as a turning fulcrum P3, while it is set up in contact with a cam surface 32 rotating a roller follower 25 installed in the point midway in this lever 20, and thereby the lever 20 is rotated by form of the cam surface 32, causing the acting point P1 to do its reciprocating motion. Here, a position of the turning fulcrum P3 of the lever 20 is altered without altering a contact position P2 of the lever 20 coming into contact with the cam surface 32, and the ratio of a distance of up to the acting point P1 from the contact position P2 to another distance of up to the turning fulcrum P3 from the contact position P2 is altered to some extent, whereby stroke length of the acting point P1 is made so as to be selected.
