The clearance between the temp. control elements 5A, 5B and the inner surface of the vessel body 1 are made a closed chamber 14 isolated from the inside of the vessel. Further, it is preferable that the closed chamber 14 between the inner surface of the vessel body 1 and the temp. control elements 5A, 5B, and the vessel body 1 are made to communicate with each other by a pressure balance mechanism. |
