Furthermore, a feeding electrode 5 connecting to an electrode pattern 5b being an input section of the circuit 6 via a throughhole 5c and a ground electrode 5e insulated from the electrode 5d are formed to the other side to form a printed circuit board 7. The ground electrode 3 of the antenna unit 4 and a ground electrode 5e of the board 7 are soldered to form an antenna 8 by integrating the antenna unit 4 and the board 7. |
