CONSTITUTION:In a file for maintaining ink jet recorded sheets printed with images by an ink jet printer, a base material with a haze value of 10% or less under ASTM D1003 and having a coated layer containing an ultraviolet absorbing agent of 1mg/m or more at the non-contact interface with a recording sheet, is used. A coated layer provided in the non-contact interface with a recording sheet of paper of a base material is provided by coating an ultraviolet absorption agent together with a binder, an antistatic agent, a cross linking agent, a plasticizer, a surfactant dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent or water. Ink jet recorded images maintained in a file are prevented effectively from fading.
