METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTION RUBBER GLOVE FOR HIGH VOLTAGE

PURPOSE:To automatically produce a homogenous rubber glove of good quality for high voltage by forming a glove film by immersing a preheated glove mold in a raw soln. and draining the raw soln. to dry the glove film and vulcanizing the dried glove film to demold the rubber glove from the glove mold. CONSTITUTION:In producing a rubber glove, at first, each of glove molds 1 (1R, 1L) is preheated in a preheating vessel 2 in a preheating process A and the wt. of each glove mold 1 is weighed by a weighing device 3 in a mold setting process B to set each glove mold to a mold delivery shelf 4. Next, the glove mold 1 is immersed in the raw soln. 7 stored in an immersion tank 6 in a glove film forming process C to form a glove film 8 on the surface of each glove mold 1 and each glove mold is delivered to a raw soln. draining device 9 in a raw soln. draining process D and the glove film 8 is finished into a smooth surface to obtain uniform insulating properties. Subsequently, each glove mold 1 is pre-dried by a heater 11 in a glove mold feed process to prevent liquid dripping and the glove film 1 is dried in a drying oven 13 in a glove film drying process F.
