The charged garbage collecting bag 3 is thereafter blown to the inner peripheral surface of the stationary blade 9 by the centrifugal force of the rotating plate 7 and the garbage 4 is held between the blade and the rotating blade 8 and is thereby pulverized. As a result, the treatment of the garbage 4 is executed without directly contacting with the garbage 4 in a high efficiency even with one kind of the garbage 4. |
