The pressurizing conductive sheet 32 is an anisotropic conductive connector that zero gold-plated metallic particles are arrayed in a conductive rubber and electric resistance is dropped in accordance with the increase of pressure, so that a transfer electric field is generated only on a part being in press-contact with the recording paper, on the surface of the pressurizing conductive sheet 32 and not generated on the part not being in press-contact with the recording paper. Since the transfer electric field is not generated on the part not being in press-contact with the recording paper, the scattering of the conductive magnetic toner can be suppressed as much as possible and the sharp image can be formed on the recording paper.
