POWER SYSTEM MONITOR AND CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To lighten the burden of an operator at occurrence of a fatal accident and enable the prompt recovery from the fatal accident by providing a restraint means for limiting the output to man-machine interface of the change of the state of a distribution line breaker and a relay out of the fetched state of a system. CONSTITUTION:In case that accidents occurs repeatedly due to typhoon, etc., and that an operator gets unable to cope with the accident information of an distribution line, the operator pushes a distribution line accident output lock button 40. As a result, an electronic computer 30 starts man-machine interface output restraint processing. In the first place, it judges whether the state change information fetched by a signal fetching means 31 is that of a distribution line breaker or a relay or not. Here, in case that the computer judges it the state change of the distribution line breaker or the relay, an output restraint means 41 restrains the output to man-machine interface, and a stop output means 32 output the output signal to a system monitor panel 35 and an alarm 38 only to a printer 39. Hereby, in case that a large amount of stage change occurs, the state of being easy to overlook the fatal accident can be avoided.
