When water is filled into the washing machine 50 for rinsing, a water path in which water flows from the pipe line for suppling hot or cold water 40, through the water filling pipe line 60, to the washing machine is only formed and when the filter 61 is back washed, a water path in which water flows from the pipe line for suppling hot or cold water 40, through the water filling pipe line 60, through the filter 61 inversely, to the back washing water drain pipe line 70 is only formed.
