EXPANSION TREMIE PIPE

PURPOSE:To place concrete efficiently by connecting an expansible tremie pipe to a hopper suspended with a crane, and placing concrete supplied to the hopper while shortening the tremie pipe in up and down directions. CONSTITUTION:Concrete supplied through a conveying pipe 33 is received by a hopper 21 suspended with a crane and, at the same time, the concrete is placed while shortening a tremie pipe 20 with the rise of a concrete placing surface from the bottom through the expansible tremie pipe 20 connected to the hopper 21. The tremie pipe 20 is constituted of a master pipe 23 and a slave pipe 25 and is connected through wires 37 and 39 in an expansible manner and, at the same time, a bar-shaped vibrator 41 is provided to the front end thereof. The placement of concrete up to a specific position can be made by only shortening the slave pipe 25 without moving a placing device. According to the constitution, labor and time can be saved to place concrete efficiently.
