Consequently, the reflection of the thermal plates 10, 12 are corrected by correcting the deformation of the heat insulating plates 9, 11 by the mechanisms 21, 22 during the thermal compression of the raw material 13. Therefore, the raw material 13 can be pressed uniformly and continuously by the surface pressure of a smooth pressure distribution. The interior of the deformation correction mechanism of the heat insulating plate is divided into pressure chambers. Thus the raw material 13 can be pressed by the surface pressure of an optional and smooth pressure distribution by supplying a varied fluid pressure to each pressure chamber.
