A difference DELTAF between FS and FN is multiplied by a control coefficient X not less than 1 and the additional value of X.DELTAF and FN is stored into a transporting force memory device 52 as a new transporting parameter FN+1. The feeder corresponding to the unloaded weighing hopper is driven at the force in proportion to the new transporting parameter stored in the transporting force memory device 52.
