When a problem of the links 24 is shown by a marker, the mechanism 23 does not start execution of the subsequent commands and keeps execution of commands to be performed in a prescribed sequence based on the set state of the marker. Thus a consistent state of data is assured and the program that issued a command can decide how to end the command.
