Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase the flexural strength of a prestressed reinforced-concrete columnar body. CONSTITUTION:High-strength concrete, in which cement, water, aggregate, a pozzolan material having the high degree of fineness and the cement dispersing agent of a water-soluble vinyl polymer are compounded and which has high fluidity, is used as concrete 1. A reinforcement is composed of a large number of main reinforcements 2, 3 arranged onto the outer circumferential section of the concrete columnar body 1 along the axial core direction and a spiral reinforcement 4 disposed at the external positions of the main reinforcements. The main reinforcements 2 are stretched, and prestress is applied to the high- strength concrete 1 while the main reinforcements 2, 3 and the spiral reinforcement 4 triaxial-constrains the high-strength concrete 1.
