Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent reset from being applied to an extension cabinet due to a noise by the drawing in/out of a cable and to secure normal reset pulse width in the extension cabinet even when the power source of a main cabinet is disconnected. CONSTITUTION:In an information processor which extends a line by connecting the extension cabinet 22 to the main cabinet 21 with the cable 23, the connecting state of the cable 23 and the fact that the power source of the main cabinet 21 is changed from a disconnected state to a connected state or vice versa is detected on an extension cabinet 22 side. When the power source of the main cabinet 21 is changed from the disconnected to the connected state or vice versa in a state where the cable 23 is connected, a reset signal S15 provided with prescribed pulse width is outputted from a reset circuit 33 based on each detection signal(S11, S13).
