CD STABILIZER

PURPOSE:To improve vibration absorptivity, versatility and sound quality by adding a tackifier into a disk-shaped stabilizer bored with a hole at its center, specifying the thickness of the stabilizer to specific mm and the weight to specific g and sticking the stabilizer to a CD. CONSTITUTION:The disk-shaped CD stabilizer 1 having 16mm inside diameter and 46mm outside diameter is formed by kneading 100 pts.wt. EVA resin and 5 pts.wt. tackifier and press molding the mixture at 120 deg.CX5 minutes. This stabilizer is molded so as to simultaneously satisfy the conditions of 0.2 to 0.5mm thickness and 0.4 to 1.0g weight. Further, this stabilizer 1 is formed to simultaneously satisfy >=0.1 dynamic loss coefft. (tandelta) at 20 deg.C and X==0.3 in XYZ color specification system. The CD has adaptability to CD players of any models and has an effect of absorbing vibration and an effect of decreasing the irregular reflection of laser beams in combination if such stabilizer 1 is used by being stuck to the CD. As a result, the versatility and the sound quality are improved.
