Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a relief valve preventing gas from leaking even when not cleaned. CONSTITUTION:This valve is mainly featured that it is provided with a cylinder 1 whose one end is attached to a pump body, a valve element 3 discharging gas in a pump installed in the other end of this cylinder 1, to the outside and a filter 11 installed in an inner part of the cylinder 1 so as to pass through before the gas is reached to the valve element 3. According to a suchlike relief valve, dust 6 is all cut off with the filter 11 so that a problem of sticking the dust 6 to a seat surface is improved, thus a relief valve's noncleaning promotion is realizable in this way.
