CONSTITUTION:A directional wind pressure coefficient at each observing point level is determined on the basis of a normal direction wind pressure coefficient in each time history at each observing point level of a building model determined by a wind tunnel experiment, and it is stored in a data storage means. Then, the directional wind pressure coefficient read out is corrected to a height level of an analytical model being similar to the model, a wind external force is calculated from the directional wind pressure coefficient thus corrected, the dynamic response displacement, etc., of the analytical model and the axial force, etc., of a member are calculated by inputting the wind external force, and maximum values thereof are determined.
