Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To adjust the force fit of a pointer and to adjust the pointer to a reference point in a state that a pointer shaft is fixed by a sandwiching and holding means by a method wherein the driven-in height of the painter shaft is made stable. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a pointer shaft 5 is made to protrude from a lower-part frame 2 for a bobbin case 3, and a lower bearing part 11 for the pointer shaft 5 is installed in a shielding case 10. In a state that the pointer shaft 5 is fixed by a sandwiching and holding means 8, the force fit of a pointer 6 is adjusted and the pointer 6 is adjusted to a reference point.
