Then, the terminal 10 selects delay information corresponding to the image information compressing method under selection at present, and the correcting rotation is stopped by sending a rotation stop control signal to the pan head 12 after the lapse of rotation correcting time corresponding to this information. The zoom/focus adjustment of the monitor camera 11 is similarly corrected as well.
