And an upper fitting 34 having a fixing piece 32 and a pressing piece 33 provided with a notched groove 35 for insertion of the threaded part 6B of the bolt 6 is fixed so that a holder is constituted from these fittings 31, 34 in such a manner that the bolt is held rotatably and so as not to fall down. |
