Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively control the vibration being due to wind pressure of a structure, especially a highrise and a super high-rised structure. CONSTITUTION:In a vibration control device, each damping blade 40 is formed so as to be receivable into a structure 30, and it is thereby prevented that the unnecessary blade disturbs the flow of wind 100 to cause unexpected vibration. In addition to that, each damping blade 40 is provided with an air blowing off part for forming an air curtain. Since the actually effective length of the clamping blade therefore becomes the sum of the length of the damping blade itself and the length of the air curtain even in a case where the damping blade itself is small, damping effect similar to that in the case of the large clamping blade can be obtained.
