The size D4 is first larger than the size of an engineering plastic hole, it is then made gradually small, and it is finally made equal to the engineering plastic hole 3a, and the cap 7 is inserted to the inside of a motor. Then, the size D4 is finally released from an external force in a part where the engineering plastic hole 3a is ended, it is returned to a size which is larger than the initial engineering plastic hole, and the mounting operation of the cap is completed. Once the mounting operation is completed, a stopper 7a is hooked to the engineering plastic hole 3a. As a result, when the title motor is used normally, the stopper is not detached simply.
