FILLER PANEL WITH AIR BARRIER

PURPOSE: To mount a barrier member and a filler panel for blind lid to a chassis easily and reliably in a rack for substrate. CONSTITUTION: To mount a filler panel 30 with air barrier to a chassis 10, the lower edge part of a barrier member 32 is retained by a guide rail 17 that is provided at an insertion position where a board BC for electrical circuit is not inserted yet and may be pushed into the deep part of the chassis 10. Thereby the filler panel 30 with air barrier can be fitted to the chassis 10 with the same feeling as to insert the board BC into the chassis 10. Also, since the filler panel 31 for blind lid and the barrier member 32 are constituted in one piece, the front opening can be blocked positively without worrying about whether the barrier member 32 has been fitted or not later.
