description PURPOSE:To improve the image formation of images, the enlargement of a visual field angle, clearness and external light contrast and to improve light utilizing efficiency by disposing a transparent board on which specific light diffusing particles are laminated by a printing method on the light emitting side of a transmission screen. CONSTITUTION:A lenticular lens 2 is disposed on the light emitting side of a Fresnel lens 1. Projecting surfaces present in respective boundaries between semicylinders present on the light emitting side of the lenticular lens 2 are black stripes 3. Then, a light diffusing particle layer 5 is provided sticking to the black stripes 3 and the particle layer 5 is laminated on the transparent board 4. In such constitution, an important point is the transparent board 4 on which the light deffusing particle layer is laminated and especially, characteristics are provided in the particle layer 5. That is, for the light diffusing particles to be sued, practically spherical high polymer particles whose average grain size is 1-100 microns, preferably 5-50 microns and most preferably 5-10 microns are used.
