When the insulating plate 1 is broken and separated at the bridged section 1a, a lead plate 4 is cut off at a notched part 4a. When the insulating plate 1 is shifted and the lead plate 4 is cut off, the lead plate 4 which is separated by the insertion of the insulating plate 1 between the divided-into-two lead plate 4 is electrically insulated completely.
