ADAPTIVE SYNCHRONIZER AND CALL PROCESSING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To allow each unit to be mutually synchronized by providing an interface between asynchronously operating units, and realizing and maintaining an operation in a prescribed frame by sometimes adjusting a constant phase relation when it is left. CONSTITUTION: In a CDMA radio telephone system, each radio telephone exchange system is provided with a digital communication interface structure. Then, connection with the telephone system is synchronized with the operation of the telephone system, and connection with a base station 202 is synchronized with the operation of the telephone system in the same way. Each call is operated in the prescribed frame of a phase relation with the operation of the processing base station 202, and the phase relation with the operation of the telephone system is sometimes adjusted so that the operation in the prescribed frame can be realized and maintained. Communication based on a message such as packet exchange is used between the base station 202 and the exchange system so that the fluctuation of the phase relation and the adjustment of a timing can be absorbed by the change of an interval between the messages.
