The binder contains SiO2, CaO, B2O3, alkali component or the lie and is melted to make ceramic by heating. Next, the kneaded material is casted in a form, is hardened by hydration reaction and is dried. Next, the molding is fired, if necessary after glazing, and laser treated if necessary to make the surface ceramic.
