TACK-ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR H-TYPE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To provide flange lifting mechanisms to automate assembling in an assembling stage of the H-type structure, to enhance dimensional accuracy of the H-type structure and to reduce the time required for assembly. CONSTITUTION:The tack-assembling device is provided with the plural flange lifting mechanisms 311-314 and 321-324 which lift flange materials 2 and 3 which are constituted freely movably in the cross direction of web material 1, set up at the mutually different positions in the longitudinal direction of the web material and arranged in a horizontal state in a vertical state and maintain the state. The tack-assembling device is further provided with web tip positioning mechanisms 402 and 403 which lift the vicinity of the web material tip up to the height of about half of the flange materials and support this horizontally. The flange lifting mechanisms include a regulation member 378 which is constituted freely movably and regulate the position of the flange materials, a body 371 of rotation in which an electromagnet is incorporated and a lifting means 380 of the body of rotation which rotates a supporting axis of the body of rotation with an axis substantially parallel to the conveying direction of the flange materials as a center.
