The control section 32 retrieves the storage section 31 prior to redialing and selects the information from a dial information storage section 25 and the picture information storage section 24 based on the transmission reservation information received from the storage section 23 and representing the transmission destination corresponding to the priority reservation information and sends the information. Thus, the transmission with high priority is executed previously even during redialing.
