The inspection condition data is converted into bar code data by the terminal computer 10, and is recorded on a separate bar code label 8 by a bar code printer 5. The bar code label 8 of the inspection condition data is applied to a sample bottle 6 together with the bar code label 7 of the sample information. The bar code printer 5 prints bar code labels 8a-8e whose inspection condition data is the same as the bar code label 8.
