The CB 1 generates the controlled variable corresponding to the difference and inputs the variable to a difference proportionally outputting section (DO) 2 through the switch 3. Since the DO 2 is set to a small gain, a governor 5 slowly rises. Upon completing the starting of the generator 5, another switch 31 is turned on so as to control another DO 21 to a power control loop. The DO 21 is set to a large gain, the power can be controlled to a fixed level even when the load power changes. |
